Approaching Towards Growth Mindset

Benefits of Growth mindset Toolkit:

Its important to have a growth mindset because people with a growth mindset believe that ability can change as a result of effort, perseverance, and practice. You might hear them say, “Math is hard, but if I keep trying, I can get better at it.” Students with a growth mindset see mistakes as ways to learn, embrace challenges, and persist in the face of setbacks. High-performing students and low-performing students may have either mindset.

While people with a fixed mindset believe that their intelligence and talent are innate traits that don’t change. For example, they might say “I just can’t learn math.” These students typically worry about not looking smart, get upset by mistakes, and give up sooner on tough tasks.

Don’t miss a chance!.. Work through problems..

So the tips discussed in online course of Amal Fellowship are really amazing and that I found them very helpful for my upcoming career.

The growth mindset creates a powerful passion for learning. People with growth mindset tend to believe that everyone can change and grow through application and experience.

People with the growth mindset take charge of the processes that bring success and that maintain it. They are people who work hard, learn how to keep their focus under pressure and stretch beyond their ordinary abilities when they have to.

All the tips that discussed in the Fellowship were amazing but I like “GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE” the most because it was a challenging step for me. I didn’t use to be socialize easily (or do something with the fear of being rejected)

I often use these two tips even before joining the fellowship, “ASK PEOPLE HELP” and “FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT”. If I am confused in something, I use to get help from others (which I trust) easily. I often used to pretend that I can do it and then I tried my best to do that.

To develop a growth mindset, first find out the the concept of the two mindsets i.e. fixed mindset and growth mindset. Then we will clearly identify that growth mindset is best to implement rather than fixed mindset. After that we can use the growth mindset toolkit that is provided to us in the Fellowship online course. Besides this we can search for more tips from google.
